These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of apateo. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Placeholder — apateo provides 3D apartment tours, AI leasing-agent features, and shoppable furniture.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Placeholder — 18+, one account per user/entity, accurate info, credential security.
3. Acceptable use
Placeholder — no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, illegal content, impersonation. Rate limits enforced. Sharing CDN URLs outside the platform → access revocation.
4. Your content and licenses
Placeholder — you retain ownership of your scenes, layouts, uploaded images. You grant apateo a license to host, process, and display them as needed to operate the service.
5. Apartment captures (B2B)
Placeholder — you represent that you have authorization (lease + property owner consent) to capture and digitize any unit you upload.
6. Third-party content
Placeholder — Wayfair products, Polyhaven props, AI outputs (OpenAI / LangGraph). Each has its own terms; viewing-only license within apateo.
7. Subscriptions, plans, and payments
Free renter access is provided at no charge. B2B plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are currently sold via direct contact with our team. Pricing, billing, refund, and renewal terms will be added once a self-serve checkout launches.
8. AI-generated outputs
Placeholder — chat responses, design suggestions, and neighborhood / floor-plan / leasing answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify with the leasing office before relying on them for binding decisions.
9. Termination
Placeholder — user-initiated deletion any time; apateo may suspend/terminate for material ToS violation; data deleted within 30 days post-termination except where retention is legally required.
10. Disclaimers
Placeholder — service "AS IS", no warranties on AI output accuracy, scan illustrative not binding, third-party pricing subject to change.
11. Limitation of liability
Placeholder — cap at greater of $100 or fees paid in the prior 12 months; no consequential / incidental damages.
12. Indemnification
Placeholder — mutual indemnification for IP, content, and ToS-breach claims.
13. Governing law and disputes
Placeholder — governed by [STATE] law; mandatory arbitration with 30-day opt-out window from account creation; class-action waiver.
14. Changes to these terms
We'll notify you by email and an in-app banner at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
